This was the end of our journey. In the morning it rained hard, then we were picked up. In Stone Town we stopped to buy lots of Kangas as souvenirs. Kangas are the traditional cloths of African women, two pieces of cloth, one as a skirt the other one for the upper part of the body or worn around the head. Our family and friends loved them 🙂
The same airplane that brought as from Kilimanjaro to Zanzibar flew us to Daressalam and from there with KLM over night to Amsterdam.
